Gymnastic's: Bar Muscle Up

Working on 3-5 jumping BMU x 5 - Start at an easy height and work on proper body positioning and transition over the bar, working towards a lower box as you go.

Got a BMU: pick a number that you know you can comfortably achieve with the aim of dropping a rep or 2 in the second and third set.  Aim is to complete all 3 sets at the same number after 3 weeks
